Ingelin Westeren

Ingelin Westeren works as a researcher in the municipal and welfare field. She holds a master's degree in social psychology from the University of Oslo. Westeren has extensive experience in the municipal sector, both as a project manager, advisor, and supervisor. She has worked with service development/service design, facilitation, and plain language, and has particular knowledge of municipal services and NAV. She has led collaboration between various professional groups and has led processes related to user surveys, coordination of municipal services, and more. Westeren has insight into both qualitative and quantitative methods.
