Heritage and museum policy

One aspect of cultural policy concerns the use, conservation and communication of the past. Heritage and history forms the basis for contemporary development projects, as well as institutions like museums and archives, festivals, different groups of volunteers and more. Telemark Research Institute has made a number of contributions to the understanding of this specific area of the cultural sector, especially concerning the development of its policies.
