Central level governance of the municipal sector

Norwegian municipalities are self-governing local democratic units, but they are also local administrators of national policies. Ministries, directorates and the national association of local and regional authorities require knowledge about the overall governance of the sector, and how both national and local goals can be met. We have a range of active and completed projects relating to these subjects.
