Trond Erik Lunder

Lunder holds a PhD in Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, with a thesis on Fiscal Federalism in practice, including four essays on local public service production in Norway. His primary expertise lies within the area of local public finance and fiscal federalism, with statistical analysis as his primary methodological tool. He has been employed at Telemark Research Institute since 2004.
