Karl Gunnar Sanda

Sanda has worked as a researcher at Telemark Research Institute since 1987, and presently holds a position as a senior researcher. From 2003 to 2021, he was managing director of the institute.

As a researcher Sanda has worked in particular with projects and issues within municipal governance and economy, inter-municipal cooperation and municipal mergers.
